Bringing a device in for repair is easy — no appointment necessary. Just drop it into our Maleny store during opening hours, or send us a message first and we'll let you know what to expect.

Labour is $143 per hour, which covers most jobs. If we identify a hardware fault covered by warranty, there's no labour charge.
No extra charges for repeat repairs (within reason). Any diagnostic fee can be credited toward a new computer purchased in-store within one month.
